WorldTour stop in Milan (Mar. 2026)
Daniele describes the Milan World Tour stop as a standout experience, combining hands-on retail innovation sessions, strong engagement from clients and partners, inspiring discussions around omnichannel retail, and meaningful conversations that continued well beyond the event itself.

Some work events feel exactly like just another day at the office. Others are the ones where the best part isn't on the agenda. March 26 in Milan was definitely the second kind.
I had the pleasure to be part of the RetailRunsoniOS world tour stop at Via Watt 10, a converted industrial space in the Navigli, a thousand square meters of design lofts, to bring clients and partners inside the platform. The location on its own was an experience to remember.
The day opened with Apple, covering the key principles of modern retail and the role of in-store devices, followed by an interactive session that warmed up the room from the start. Then the groups, the hands-on sessions, and that's where the most interesting thing happened: people stopped watching and started doing. RFID, Tap to Pay, in-store returns, warehouse management, all in their hands.
