I’m a Product Manager for Direct-to-Consumer Technology at Red Wing Shoe Company. My job sits right at the intersection of stores, technology, and the humans who actually have to use it. My superpower is relationship building- listening to my partners in the field and IT, translating between those worlds, helping engineers understand the reality of the sales floor and helping store teams feel heard in the technology we build.
